Shipments

Shipping Processing Times

 

We ship from Aix-en-Provence (France). All orders are processed the same day. Items in the online store are available immediately and will be shipped the day after the order is placed, excluding weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and public holidays. If we receive a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 2 or 3 days. The delivery times indicated at the time of ordering should be taken into account for order preparation times.

Creations can be personalized. Delivery times for these personalized items will be agreed upon from time to time with the buyer.

 

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Prices

Shipping costs are included in your order for standard shipments to a collection point. For home deliveries, you can select the appropriate option and the costs will be calculated automatically based on the delivery address.

 

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

FAZEBRA EIRL is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes).

 

Damage

 

FAZEBRA EIRL is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period for an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the goods or on which a third party designated by You, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Shipping costs for returned goods are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Return Conditions

 

To qualify for a return, please ensure that the goods:

- have been received within the last 14 days

- are in their original packaging

- have not been used

The following goods cannot be returned:

- Custom creations, made to your specifications.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.

Shipping costs for returned goods are the buyer's responsibility.

For returned goods, we recommend proper packaging to ensure they are not damaged during shipping and a traceable shipping service.

​We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return. Therefore, we recommend proper packaging and a traceable courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.
